The Wednesday Night Series is a great place to come out and put all of your training together, practice transitions and get in a decent work out.
Due to EXTREME high volume of attendance at our Wednesday nights we are instituting a sign-up policy. Members MUST pre-register BEFORE attending Wednesday Night practice. This is to ensure the safety of our members.
STARTING MAY 8th MEMBERS MUST SIGN-UP PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN A WEDNESDAY NIGHT SERIES. THERE WILL BE A CAP of 200 members PER SITE.
Those who have volunteered previously get priority. If the site you wish to train has closed, you have two other sites available.
Members are responsible for knowing the courses at EACH site, the RULES of the club and CANCELLATION policy.
Members are responsible and expected to have the basic knowledge of swimming, bike handling and fixing flats. The club does NOT provide a SAG wagon or bike service.
These are not competitions. You can do all the events (swim, bike, run) two of them, or just one. It’s all about you!

In the event that we do not have enough volunteers for the training site we will cancel that site on Wednesday.
The Volunteer Director will post on the clubs Facebook page and Listserv ONE WEEK PRIOR that the training night is in danger of being cancelled and what volunteer positions need to be filled. If volunteer spots have not been filled by 5 p.m. SUNDAY BEFORE THE TRAINING SERIES the Wednesday Night training WILL BE cancelled. WE WILL ONLY GIVE ONE WARNING.
We will notify members about the cancellation via Facebook page, website and Listserv.
IT IS THE MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITY TO STAY CONNECTED TO THE CLUB FOR THIS INFORMATION.
