The Lake Effect Run Club is based in Syracuse, NY and welcomes all runners, no matter what speed/level you are.

The Lake Effect Run Club (LERC) is FREE and meets every Wednesday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 8am.

The 15th Annual Super Couch Potato 5K returns to Onondaga Lake Parkway on February 9th!

 Pre-game the Big Game on the flattest course in town with 500 of the fastest football fanatics Syracuse has to offer.

 Whether or not your team makes it to New Orleans, you can win big with our raffle prizes and warm up with homemade soup at The Cobblestone.

 Wear something to show support of your favorite football team, and get your photo taken for our race website.  Form a group with friends or family!

 Cost: $30for the 5K, custom Super Couch Potato giveaway and entry into the raffle.  Price increases on 2/1.
