Wednesday Night Cancellation Policy

If a site is going to cancel before 4 pm we will send out an email and post an announcement on the club’s Facebook page. If we have to cancel after 4 pm it will be an on-site decision and it will only be posted on Facebook. Members are to use their own discretion and won’t be penalized if they don’t show up due to the bad weather. Also remember the follow people are the ONLY people who will ANNOUNCE A CANCELLATION of the Wednesday Night Trainings on FACEBOOK: Thomas Stern, Sam Sampere and Ginny O’Connor (Jamesville); Mindy Lu Gaffney, Bridget Lichtinger and Stacey Keefe (Oneida Shores); Mike Gasparek, Eric Prager (Gillie Lake) and Maura Donovan (President)

Sign ups for Wednesday night trainings open at 8:00am the Thursday prior to the training and close at 5:00pm the Monday prior to the training, or when the cap of 200 is reached.  Must be a member and registered in order to participate.
