Contest Rules
All entrees must be submitted electronically to president@cnytriathlon.org with the subject line “Logo Contest”.
All submissions must be received before 11:59 pm, ______, 2025.
File Formats accepted: .JPG. .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF
Images can be larger, but must be no smaller than, three inches by three inches (3” x 3”).
Logo should be simple, not overly detailed, and all elements must be discernible when reproduced in smaller sizes.
Design can be hand drawn or digitally created
Logo must contain the club colors ORANGE and GREEN
Ownership
The CNY Triathlon Club will acquire ownership of the winning logo by assignment of copyright, and the winning designer will disclaim any trademarks and without limitation, all other rights related to the design. By submitting a logo for entry in the competition, the designer acknowledges that they are the person that created the logo and is the rightful owner. The designer also certifies that the logo does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and that it does not violate any copyright.
Modify or Edit
The CNY Triathlon Club shall have the right to modify or edit the winning submission for any use deemed appropriate by the club. The CNY Triathlon Club reserves the right to choose not to use the winning entry.
