Clinic #1 - Open Water Swim & Bike Skills Session 1

In this clinic, we will teach you proven strategies that prepare you for your open water swim, manage anxiety, acclimate to conditions, mass starts, sighting, turns and more. There will be a 30-45 minute practice swim and run (1.7 mi) that follows the clinic. Note: Participants must be able to independently and comfortably swim 400m in a pool.

Must be a CNY Tri HS Summer Program Member
